Because we currently have limited access to our storage, your purchase will available for pick up once the club is open again. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience, and we look forward to having you by once we're able to reopen our doors.

PICKUP + DELIVERY

 

Local pickup available at club, only. We do not currently offer shipping. For non-members, purchase entitles you to club entry for single visit at time of pick-up. Club hours are Thursday through Monday, 5PM to 3AM. Proof of purchase required at pick-up.

LIMITED RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY​

EXCHANGES

​

You have 30 days for pickup from date of purchase. For non-members, purchase includes a one-visit pass to the club at the time of pickup.

You must make any exchanges within 15 calendar days of your pick up. The product must be clean, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. We’ll inspect the item and issue your exchange if it’s approved.

Please notify web@messinasocialclub.com in advance of exchange so that we can process the items appropriately. Please arrive at the club with your pick-up receipt and the original item purchased. In the instance we are unable to fulfill your exchange because of inventory, we will return the cost of goods.

REFUNDING COST OF GOODS

​

In the rare instance of a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used at time of purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the exchange window has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
