Pasta & Sauce
Everything has been vacuum sealed to help prevent any type of contamination and to make cooking at home super easy for you.
All you need is a pot of boiling water. Just follow these simple instructions.
All the pasta is fresh, and therefore cooks relatively quickly. Keep a close eye while you’re cooking.
We recommend bringing a 4-6 qt pot of water to a boil. Season the water liberally with salt.
Once water reaches a full boil, drop pasta directly into the water (unbagged).
Gemelli and Shells: will each take about 2 minutes to cook.
Rigatoni: will take about 3.5 minutes to cook.
The proteins and sauces can be heated in the bag – just drop them in for the duration listed below.
Pesto: we recommend not more than 20 seconds to avoid it "cooking"
Red Sauce, Cheese Sauce, and Stroganoff Sauce: about 2 minutes
Store all items refrigerated. Since they are under vacuum, the pastas should keep up to 3 weeks and the proteins up to 2 weeks.
For long term storage, freeze within 1 week of receiving and all items will hold and cook like fresh for up to 3-6 months.
