PICK UP: Orders will be available for contactless pick up through our front window on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS, from 3:30PM to 7:00PM.
DELIVERY: Delivery is now available at check-out! Delivery will occur TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS from 12:00PM to 5:00PM. Please include your name, phone number, and address when entering "Shipping Details" at check out. NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP. We will contact you day-of delivery with your delivery information. We are looking to expand our range, but are currently only available for delivery to the following areas:

MAKING YOUR MEAL
Everything has been vacuum sealed to help prevent any type of contamination and to make cooking at home super easy for you. All you need is a pot of boiling water. Just follow these simple instructions.
All the pasta is fresh, and therefore cooks relatively quickly. Keep a close eye while you’re cooking.
We recommend bringing a 4-6 qt pot of water to a boil. Season the water liberally with salt. Unwrap the pasta.
Once water reaches a full boil, drop pasta directly into the water.
GEMELLI & SHELLS: will each take about 2 minutes to cook
RIGATONI: will take about 3.5 minutes to cook
PROTEINS + SAUCES
The proteins and sauces can be heated in the bag – just drop them in for the duration listed below.
PESTOS: we recommend not more than 20 seconds to avoid it "cooking"
RAGUS, BOLOGNESES, AND CHEESE SAUCES: about 2 minutes
CHICKEN: about 2.5 minutes
MEATBALLS: about 4 and a half minutes
Store all items refrigerated. Since they are under vacuum, the pastas should keep up to 3 weeks and the proteins up to 2 weeks.
For long term storage, freeze within 1 week of receiving and all items will hold and cook like fresh for up to 3-6 months.
